First of all what me and a friend read was that the cost for weight loss wegovy tablets would be $39 for first month the $149 for rest of months thereafter. I paid $39 membership fee + $149 medicine fee for month one, then $300 month two for medicine and membership cost. In month one a customer support person canceled my entire account by accident, and then I was forced to reapply and then they started it all over again with the wrong dosage which I was made to pay though it was their mistake. So disappointed and taken advantage of I can’t even make sense of this. There is not a live body to speak to. It’s all seemingly AI generated and very frustrating. Do not recommend.

I canceled within 20 minutes. Twenty. Minutes. I signed up, completed the questionnaire, and almost immediately realized the program wasn't what I expected. The pricing was very different from how it came across in the advertising, and it was not clear to me that the $40 fee would become non-refundable almost instantly. I politely contacted customer service and simply asked for a refund because I had canceled within about 20 minutes. I hadn't received medication, hadn't started treatment, and hadn't used the service beyond answering the questionnaire. Instead, I was told that a provider had already reviewed my information and determined I was eligible for treatment, so they had "earned" the fee and could not refund it. That response was incredibly disappointing. It felt like answering a questionnaire for a few minutes was enough for them to permanently keep my money, even though I canceled almost immediately and respectfully asked for a refund. I'm not asking for a refund months later. I'm talking about 20 minutes. If you're considering signing up, understand that once you pay, you may have only minutes before the fee is considered non-refundable. I wish that had been made much more obvious before I entered my payment information.

Not well. The messaging has been very inconsistent. A different provider or bot each time. I’m also reading the dose I’ve been given is not FDA approved.

All they care about is getting their money. A provider doesn't even check on how you're doing or ask you if you want to continue treatment before they charge you $300! Awful experience and no actual customer service to talk to. No phone number to call or anything. They hide behind a no refund policy so that they can do the absolute minimum and leave all of the real responsibilities to the customer to get the care that they need. There are plenty of companies offering these medications for way less and with way more support and initiative on the providers end. This is not healthcare!

Very very unhappy, I paid $39 yesterday for a membership that basically said cancel at anytime. A few hours later they said my prescription was approved ( I gave them my insurance information). Then I got a notice that my prescription was being mailed and I received a breakdown of the charges $149.00 but it also said no money due today leading me to believe my insurance was covering it.As soon as I hit send they tried to withdraw $149 from my account unsuccessfully. I was very unhappy due to their false claims and deceitful advertising so I asked to cancel my membership and refund my $39.All of this took place in less then 24 hours and I was advised I could not get a refund of the $39. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I have been taking the wegovy Pill for 6 weeks and nothing has changed except my bank account.

I can’t afford the increase every single month. I am researching other options to save money

Fulfillment issues with getting prescription on time. My credit card has been charged in weeks go by without receiving product.
