There are fast responses but I do wish…
There are fast responses but I do wish the app kept track of how many units each individual should be taking each week. Right now it just shows you tabs and you must look and try to figure dates. Also it would be helpful with the app to know when the vials are exactly expired. Like personalized, not generalized. We can input dates and it can set reminders through that info.

it's been great
it's been great - my only complaint is that the needles supplied are rather flimsy - I've had a couple bed without going into the bottle. But mainly it's been great.

Convenience at its finest
It is incredibly convenient to be able to receive my medication through an online provider, rather than seeing a doctor in person. I have herpes, and it's life-long, so having reliable and consistent access to medication is important to me. The process was very quick, and super easy. It is a little more expensive than going to a pharmacy, but overall, I feel it is worth it for the convenience. I'm happy I have made this step for my health, and I'm grateful the service exists!
