I am not entirely pleased with my experience so far. I had been with henrymeds and switched for the lower price. It has been a challenge with the communication and confusion derived from multiple providers not reading the actual concerns. I feel I have wasted my money for the first prescription and 2nd since my dose has been a problem from the beginning. I am due to be refilled again and at least I only have one more month of wasting my money on a dosage that does not meet my needs. I will reevaluate before my next payment is due to see if it warrants staying.

i keep seeing things online that your product is not the real stuff. How can i be assured that it is?

I don’t like the fact that they take your weight from your signing up to when you actually get the pills. I estimated my weight when signing up. So now it looks like I lost 10 pounds when I didn’t and you can’t change it. I’ve only been on it for one month, but I saw no change in my appetite. I upped my dosage, so hopefully I’ll see something this month.

Shipping is an issue, this is the second time items are delayed. First it was with a GLP1 order and now it’s with some hair products. Saying you don’t have any control over an item once it goes to the shipper is unacceptable. Find a new way to ship, can’t wait by the door wondering when a package will arrive via the USPS.

What I like is the convenience of getting my prescription filled and mailed out to me directly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the prescription dosage is too low at the first month. I’ve haven’t seen any significant difference in my weight or cravings.

I’m giving it a 3 because half of the slow loss is because of my knee surgery. I’m 3 weeks post op and now I can start walking further and exercising.

I think the company is ok. I’m just concerned that I gained weight after almost 4 weeks on this product.

Not doing so good on food intake. Not a good cook. Eating is an issue. Trying frozen dinners like Healthy Choice and Vital Pursuit. I've started using Isopure Protein Powder and Fairlife Reduced Milk in my coffee and it helps me get my Protein in but still struggling on Carbs and fats. I started using the MyFitnessPal app and will see if that helps. My weight fluctuates up and down. Energy is a little low. My Acid Reflux is nonexistent which I am super happy about.
