Quick response and treated well, my problem is with the deceptive pricing. I was not informed I would have to pay for the initial consultation and I even searched on google to see if I would be charged but couldn't find anything. I was charged $79 for the consult, which is fine, I understand people should be paid for their time. However, when I initially looked online all I could find for a price was $99, I started to sign up and then decided against it. They then sent me a $20 off coupon so I said ok let's try. When I received my bill for the prescription it was $320 plus the $79 consult. Granted the $320 was for two months worth of product, however when divided in half it comes out to $160 per month not $99. This along with the consultation charge was way more than I could afford. My problem is with the deceptive pricing not with the practitioners or the product. Sadly, as I was not prepared for the drastic increase in costs and I do not think I will be able to go ahead with hers.ca

Not getting any results.

I couldn't get an appointment with one of their doctors for months then when I did finally get one, they cancelled my appointment twice, so I gave up with that. Then I ordered the hair serum and had an auto ship and forgot about it since it was 6 months later. They processed my next order and didn't send any kind of heads up it was coming up like most companies do.. Just sent a message saying it was processed and on the way. I figured ok when it gets here I will just return it. Nope they will not let me return it. Now I'm out $175! I get it I should have kept track of my auto ship, but they should send some kind of heads up it's about to happen or allow returns for unopened product.

I was on the Hers plan in the past(last spring and summer). Hers explained I needed to start from the beginning, because of the time lapse in starting the program again. I have gained weight! And I am hungry. I have increased my starter dose, hoping this will help curb my appetite. I have continued to exercise. And I’m trying very hard to eat properly. Any advice would be appreciated! I am havingno side effects with the increase in my dose.

The drug is working and the cost was lower than most as of last June when I started with hers. But.... The support, advice and any proactive recommendations are just not there. I've gotten more help and suggestions from friends and various internet sites than hers has provided. Do your own research before you begin taking any GLP-1.

App login is difficult with little to no customer support.

Their customer service is horrible. I started the plan (weight loss) and received emails and messages on my account asking about how I was doing and updates. They were very attentive. After I received the second rx (for an additional 3 months) I cancelled so that I would not receive another 3 months after the 2nd shipment. I knew that I would reach my goal weight at the end of the 3 months and wanted to maintain my weight naturally. Once I did that, it was crickets. I did not hear from them. I sent emails with questions. I attempted to contact them to ask about how a maintenance dose would work. They made me go through the whole intake process again and then declined treatment stating I needed to contact my own doctor. The following day I attempted to log in to my account, and I had been locked out saying I had no account. All I wanted was the original treatment plan, but I was unable to access it. I would NEVER advise anyone to use this company. They only care if you are sending them money every month - horrible follow-up care. Yes, I lost weight, but I could have done the same with any other company, And, no, it is not reasonably priced. It is very expensive.

When I purchased the GLP-1 treatment on June 2025, the ad implied that the cost would be $1500 for a year. They sent me a 6 month supply. Then they sent another 6 month's supply in December and charged me $1500 again. It would be good to make your ads more clear as to what the costs are
