Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Repetitive delays of prescriptions to the point that I’m without the medication for 4+ days. Excuse after excuse and it just keeps happening. I have very little faith that Hers will actually fix the issue because it keeps happening.

stomach issues
Ready to stop. Can't handle the constant belching and gas. The stomach ache is horrible. I think im done. Would love to lose the weight but this is insufferable.

I still feel the "food noise" is stong
I don't feel like the "food noise has decreased much. I'm not losing weight like I thought I would be. The amount of time between "preparing" and "filling" the prescription, then "shipping" it seems to take far longer than I would think needs to be.

Membership
I don’t like that the weight loss membership price is 149 plus the cost of meds. Is too much and I don’t feel that the treatment is working for me

Pros and Cons
Like - how easy it was, the product itself. Dislike - The delivery service/etc. Why is it a pill gets 'sent' 1-2 days before it is up and then I am without the medication for multiple days (mainly as we deal with postage delays on top of it). It seems like there is some logistical issues all around.

Is it worth the money? Not right now. :(
I don't feel like it's helping me much. It does curb my appetite, so I'm not over eating. I eat low carb and no sugar appr. 95% of the time. I did lose a 1/2 pound in 2 weeks on the higher dosage.
