My subscription was cancelled without my consent. I then sent a message to my care team and they advised me to complete an action item- I checked, there were no pending actions. My last weight check in was January 28th & I completed that. Im so upset with this process.

I have been waiting for my prescription almost 3 weeks.

I'm receiving many chipped and broken pills in my bottles, with granules and dust in the bottle and, as the dosing requires I cut them in half, I'm not getting the full 90 day refill I paid for, which is unacceptable. I'm looking for another provider because I can't trust this won't keep happening. Either the pharmacy needs to pack the bottle with cotton to prevent breakage in shipping or they're shipping me pills already broken before shipping. Either way, it's become too high a percentage of broken tablets in one bottle.

The medication doesn't work. I feel like I took $400 balled it up and tossed it in the trash. A waste of money.

I'm happy with the product overall, but really disappointed at the speed and timeliness of fulfilling orders. My prescription has been in progress for over a week, and I'm down to my last injection before I am out of medication. This is the second time I've had this happen too. Contacting customer service is also difficult because it always goes to an AI agent first, or the human isn't able to give me a specific answer about my order. I am tempted to move up the frequency of my shipments so I'm not waiting at the last minute for it to arrive in time. **UPDATE - March 2nd, 2026 After contacting customer service, I was told my order was "cancelled due to a technical error, but has been resubmitted." This was 2 weeks ago. The solution for me was to cancel my subscription and do a completely new intake. This worked and my medication arrived under a new order. (The old order never came despite being told several times it was corrected.) This is NOT an acceptable long term solution for customers. The technical cancellation not being discovered until I contacted support, the original order just never arriving, and having to re-do the intake made me feel like an obnoxious customer, but I had to be in order to get answers or a resolution.

My subscription was accidentally cancelled. I was not compensated for the time & frustration in researching how/why this happened. I decided to enroll again as soon as I was able to verify my original subscription amount was refunded. My re-enrollment date was 2/7/26 and I have yet to receive my medication. I understand it has been just over a week; however, I have had no word on shipping time or even a "Hey, sorry about cancelling your order, we will ship your new order out ASAP at no extra charge" NOTHING. It's been frustrating so far, TBH.

I’m 1 month in and no change. Hoping month 2 will bring some positive results.

I signed up for the 6 month GLP1 medication and never received it. I signed up on 1/13 and waited weeks and I kept getting the same message that it was being filled but it had that status for 2 weeks. Every text message I got said it was being filled but it never shipped. Finally canceled my subscription on 1/27/26. Got a message on here from Hers saying they wanted my info so they could contact me but when I responded I never heard from them. Hers: you have not contacted me!
