got my refund after days of fighting. thanks.
Update: they finally refunded me. Thanks Forhers. -- I paid $39 because I saw an ad saying your first month for 39, then they wanted to charge me 149 to be able to get the meds!! this is a SCAM?! they said the 39 is only for the "membership". they refuse to refund me even though i canceled on the same day when I realized. SCAMMERS? definitely false advertising, and deceiving!

I received a message from my credit…
I received a message from my credit card company yesterday letting me know that HIM & HERS has changed my credit card $396. I have NOT AUTHORIZED THIS. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD!!!! I NEED AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED!!!!!!!!!

Paid $40 For Them to Try to Upsell Me
I helped my girlfriend apply. I don't recommend. After your application someone may try to immediately upsell you to a more expensive plan. You'll lose $40 in the process but why not go with a company that won't charge you to have a medical / sales person upsell you - and increase fees if your dosage changes.

I wish I read reviews on trust pilot…
I wish I read reviews on trust pilot first but I did the idiot thing of try Hers to try to thicken my hair and man was that a bad idea. I immediately stopped it after one month as I learned more about the meditation. I should’ve just left my hair alone. Now I lost a lot more thickness. Oh well. I just literally bought it to grow my eyebrow hair back. My hair is slowly going back to normal but it’s still saddening.

Ordered the product over a month ago…
Ordered the product over a month ago and it took two weeks to even ship it out to me and I still don’t have it. Quick to take my money but not quick to provide the service. How can you offer a subscription service if you can’t even guarantee to start it on time?

Too expensive
I was excited about taking the pill. It was working well. But was willing to keep going until I was charged another $149.00. I think a monthly membership fee is absurd. On top of that I’m paying 149.00 for the medication. I canceled. I’m not comfortable paying $300 a month. In this economy now it’s just crazy. I’ll pass. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks. I can understand why, the pill makes you feel full. I’ll just fill up on fiber, protein, drink my water and exercise. The natural way. Highway robbery!!!!!!!
