I was taking Wegovy and requested to change medications. The physcian changed the prescription. I was charged for the new prescription plus the renewable monthly fee. But I have not received the prescription after 3+weeks. The site says they don't know when it can be filled. Yet, I still have to pay a $199 monthly fee for July when you haven't provided me with anything? Ridiculous.

This company is extremely shady. I joined for $39 intro and $149 each month after only to find out the $39 is a membership fee and is a recurring fee each month of $149, that is just a membership fee! Then you have to pay $149 a month for the medication. They never mention a membership fee just that you will only pay $149 but you are actually paying $300 a month when you figure it out they will not refund the membership money! It’s a total scam!!! There are so many other weight loss providers do not use this one!!!!

I have lost at least %50 of my hair If I had known that I was going to be losing so much hair I would never have started this-I was completely unaware & your initial side effect list did not mention it- “shedding”? I’m ridiculously upset my hair is so thin now from this product & when I inquired I got canned responses- I’m devastated

I debated between Function Health and Hers and ultimately chose Hers because I liked the convenience and the ability to receive prescriptions if appropriate. Looking back, I wish I had chosen Function Health instead. My biggest disappointment was that the recommendations were marketed as personalized, but they were anything but. I completed extensive lab work and provided detailed information about my symptoms, diet, exercise routine, and medical history. The response I received was generic advice to exercise, reduce sugar, avoid processed foods, and follow up with my primary care provider. The problem is that I already strength train four times a week, walk daily, eat primarily whole foods (meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables), rarely consume added sugar, and avoid most processed foods. None of that seemed to be considered in the recommendations. I was expecting an individualized review of my results with thoughtful clinical insight into my symptoms and possible next steps. Instead, it felt like a templated response that could have been sent to almost anyone. I was also surprised to learn that different services require separate subscriptions. That wasn’t clear to me when I signed up, and I found the pricing to be much less transparent than expected. Overall, I paid for what I believed would be personalized guidance, but I received generic lifestyle advice that wasn’t tailored to my situation. I can’t recommend the service based on my experience.

My order is messed up since I switched to Foundayo. Waited a week and it's missing a code and the help line was not helpful. Could not find account.

These mf try to hide how much they are charging you. And to cancel it was very confusing. They charged me 40$ and won’t refund it because they did the work of “prescribing” me the medication. Fine whatever. But I was under the assumption it was month to month when they charged me 900$ immediately. PLUS 150$ a month for the care providers. It’s ridiculous
