Not working for me.
Communication has been very good. Unfortunately, the semi glutide hasn’t worked for me. I thought that it was the lower units, but I am now injecting 40 units once a week and I still do not feel that my appetite has changed. I have been injecting for About 2 mos now and no weight loss. It seems to be a weaker/more diluted dose to me…

The app is really bad
The app is really bad. Why does it not track the injection amount when you’re first ramping up to your dosage in the first few months? The instructions even say “example: 10 units” which could easily make someone inject the wrong amount. Just very poor design. Also the fact that the app is constantly advertising other Hers products to me when I’ve already paid this much for your product feels like a slap in the face.

The app is not as user friendly, communication has not been good and I am not seeing any progress. At this point I feel robbed.

Horrible Client Service
Prescription renewed without consultation and they refused to cancel after I sent two requests I was still charged. And was refused a refund. Now I'm stuck with medication I do not want nor intend to use. Do not reccommend

I've had to stop taking all medications…
I've had to stop taking all medications for the time being, unfortunately. In the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing excessive hives all over my body. The only thing I've changed in my daily routine is the addition of the medications. I was unaware at the time of purchase that I would be charged in full. I was under the impression that I would be charged monthly. Unfortunately, my experience with "Hers" is unsatisfactory that I was only able to try it out for 3 weeks, to see that my body is not reacting to the medications positively. $700 down the drain.

I've been trying to get a medication…
I've been trying to get a medication for 24 hours now. The last response i had from a provider was 5 hours ago. I understand this is virtual but I would have just set up a teledoc appointment or gone to my usual provider if I knew I would still have to wait 2 days to get a basic medication

I haven’t lost a pound and it takes…
I haven’t lost a pound and it takes forever to ship. Been on it for over a month. I work out four times a week and get 10k steps a day.
