Like many on here I fell for the $39…
Like many on here I fell for the $39 promotion, It states that you can get a refund if you do not agree with the supposedly personalized plan. It's not personalized at all. The cost of the low dose meds is irrelevant because the recommended med and cost increases monthly. When they finally show the numbers showing how people have done on their program, they're low. I decided not to go forward, told them not to deliver, and requested a refund. I was told I could not have a refund because a doctor had personally reviewed my information and created a custom plan. I've asked my bank to stop payment. Hers claiming you can get a refund on the membership is a scam. Their materials are misleading. They shared their refund policy to explain why I wasn't eligible. It does not match what was promised during the sales pitch and was not made available prior to agreement. I would like to see how much they make off of initial membership payments from people who do not go forward with the generic program. ETA: I have already been in contact with hers customer support. Their argument is they have to treat everyone the same and not provide a refund regardless of what the sales materials state. They did not contact me after posting this response.
