To Whom It May Concern:
To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding HERS and the way I was treated as a customer. I enrolled in the HERS program to receive professional support for managing my health and following a structured diet and fitness plan. However, I was denied access to the program solely because I am on insulin for type 2 diabetes. I find this decision discriminatory and harmful, as it excludes individuals managing chronic health conditions from participating in health programs that are advertised as supportive and inclusive. During my interactions with HERS staff, I also experienced shaming, dismissive behavior, and a lack of professional accommodation. No alternative solutions were offered, and I was made to feel judged for a legitimate medical condition. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also emotionally distressing. I believe HERS’ actions may violate fair business practices and could constitute discrimination against people with medical conditions. I am requesting that the BBB investigate these practices, hold HERS accountable, and ensure that other customers are not subjected to the same mistreatment. So if you are on insulin you will be turned away
