The process of getting my medication was difficult…
The process of getting my medication was confusing and I did not lose any weight at all. I canceled my membership and my prescription. I believe I am due a refund for my membership because I canceled and I was charged again.

Their App is horrible and service
Their App is horrible and they have nothing but BOTS responding! Also they are way over priced and do not deliver on service!

Unethical company
The product doesn’t work. The billing is misleading. They charge you 149/mo for membership and 149/for medication. Beware!!!! It’s also really hard to cancel and when you do you have to be sure you have canceled BOTH membership and subscription! Horrible company. Stay away!!!!!!

RIPOFF-HERS for hair loss
I don't know if this stuff works or not. I could not get past day 2. After reading the fine print I was aware of the side effects. However, I had severe headach, nausea and vomiting after the first pill. Even worse with the second one. Unfortunately, once you have order there is no recourse to get the hefty price back. Shame on them.

I stopped the medication after 4 days…
I stopped the medication after 4 days as I was nauseous and proceeded to CANCEL my subscription. This was in June 2026. However, they have ignored the cancellation and sent me another month's supply and charged my account for $149 + $119 (charge I don't know what its for) - I have written several emails to customer service - no reply. I had to cancel my credit card today and - REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I do not receive a refund, I will proceed to send a complaint to the BBB
