I loved how easy it was to take the quiz
I loved how easy it was to take the quiz to see exactly where I was and what I needed. Having anxiety makes it hard to actually reach out and tell someone. But being able to message and not have the worry of someone judging you was amazing. Any question I had was responded in a timely manner and with pleasure, so I never felt like I was bothering anyone. All in all this is such an amazing program.

Great alternative if you have no insurance
This is a great way to get my depression/anxiety treated without having insurance. Everyone I have spoken to has been a wonderful help. I can't thank Hers enough for doing this!!
