The wegovy program is deceptively marketed and appears to cost less than what its shown as, but leaves people spending $300 a month for both medication and doctors assistance per the membership. I have this plan and hardly use the doctors assistance, making it not worth it at all to have the subscription when other apps have cheaper options. Support is also passed from person to person so you never have a consistent answer and support staff dont bother to look at what you’ve preciously asked. Ive had several questions go unanswered or dismissed outright and the care is just not there. Edit* they have now canceled my membership over this review, so keep that in mind when you get your membership

It took several months to get my initial prescription. They have the absolute worst customer service. They repeatedly sent AI generated responses to my email inquiries that did nothing to address my concerns. I ended my subscription due to their lack of customer service and support.

I have been expecting a shipment from your company only to find that my account has been cancelled and refunded due to "supply and demand" issues at the company. I rely on their Minoxidil tablets for hair loss and hair growth. I never received any communication about this only to receive an email the day my shipment was to arrive that it would not be coming. This company is happy to take my money but doesn't want to give me up to date information when there are issues. There is no accountability or trust with this company.

You billed me on 7.1.26, no product has shipped and your team has been unable to give me an ETA. It's now 8.3.26. No one has been able to give me any answers. Please cancel my order and refund me immediately.

I went through a survey to determine what weight loss medication I was eligible for. I did not pick one and did not create a subscription and they still charged me $30 and $150 and there was no way to cancel the subscription. They refused to send me back my money and I cannot delete my credit card information without deleting the entire account, so I wouldn’t be able to get my money back. This company is scammy and I do not support them. Use a different company.

Started on weight loss program in May. Took it for a month and have been waiting ever since to get my 2nd shipment. Hers keeps ordering it and then canceling the order. I don't know if they are charging me every time they do this. I can't connect with a human being, there is no phone number listed on their website anywhere. I'm stuck in this AI loop and getting no where. IT GETS WORSE! I signed up for the weight loss program and hair loss program. Didn't realize Hers is charging me $149/mo membership fee for each program (That's $300/mo) plus the cost of the prescription! I purchased 6 months worth of hair treatment up front because I got a deeper discount. I didn't realize they were charging me the $149/mo membership. In addition to the cost of the treatment, they earned an additional $894 on membership fees before I get a refill. Great deal for Hers! Huge cost for me. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and just got scammed out of a great deal of money. After researching this further, I found numerous complaints by people telling almost the exact same story as mine in reddit and the better business bureau. Fortunately, I copied every single page on their website and all the communications I had with them. I'm submitting a complaint to the Attorney General's Office. I encourage anyone else that has had a similar experience with Hers to do the same. Maybe, just maybe, if enough people file complaints, 1 - they will be forced to refund all the money we the consumers have lost and 2 - Hers gets shut down for predatory business practices and fraud. The response they gave to this review is bs. That's their standard reply: We're so sorry for and inconvenience..... AI will connect you with the support team, but it may take 5-7 hrs. I received that response several times and guess what? I never heard from anyone. Every time I emailed to find out when they were going to ship the second treatment, I received several responses from them saying it's going to ship in 2 - 3 days. I've now been waiting since June and have never received a 2nd shipment to date. UPDATE: Found 4,301 complaints against Hers through the BBB. Only 1,200 resolved. Most complaints are for deceptive billing, membership, and cancellation. Also, just learned that Hims & Hers is facing a major federal lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission alongside Utah and California, accusing the telehealth platform of sharing private health data with tech companies, tricking customers into recurring subscription charges, and making it very hard to cancel services. [1, 2, 3, 4] Need I say more????
