I haven't had any side effects on the meds so I haven't needed to talk to anyone with questions. For that reason I can't talk about customer service. The meds work well for me, but of course I still have to make lifestyle changes and exercise, which I fully planned to do anyways. I don't get excessive emails from hers asking me to buy new things or from companies I've never heard of. I would recommend hers to other people.

I have always had thin, baby fine hair and it got worse as I entered my 60’s with patches of bald areas. I finally decided to do something about it and I’m so happy I did! The whole process was quick and easy. The app is very useful for answering any questions and for re-ordering medication. I also love the daily reminder feature which sends me an alert on my phone to take my pill. I’m not the best at taking medications so this has been a game changer for me. I take the chewable pill first thing in the morning and although it is acidic tasting, I just chew it up a little and swallow with a big drink of water, no problem. The medication has never given me any side effects other than a few extra chin hairs. My hair actually started feeling better, healthier and even thicker almost right away. I’ve gotten compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks, it’s a real confidence booster. I’m really looking forward to the end result to see how it looks and feels in 6 months.
