I ordered my product 1 month and 6 days…
I ordered my product 1 month and 6 days ago they charged my account on the day I ordered and I still haven’t received the product I payed for. Ive messaged them several times and the AI generated message keeps saying it’s in processing. Who knows if I will ever receive it? Be aware of this company!!!

Total rip off!
The price for what you receive is the problem. I have told that AI doctor 10 times that the medicine is not working and they only bumped me up half of a milligram dosage. So now I pay $500 a month for something that doesn't work. I guess hers expects me to pay thousands of dollars before it gives me a prescription that actually helps with weight loss. I haven't lost any weight at all!! and anytime that I try to talk to the doctor it's always a generated robot message.

You have the worst website ever
You have the worst website ever! I have to sign in every time! I am a member don’t you keep me signed in!!!! Takes forever to get a response. Ability to track anything is none existent!

I keep getting texts that I have new…
I keep getting texts that I have new messages and need to check in. When I click on the link it takes forever to log in. When I go into the app, I don't see any new messages. The app seems to be aimed more at selling more things than addressing any issues. Very frustrating.

I only heard from someone in the first…
I only heard from someone in the first week I asked questions and it was either to read an article and then other questions not answered at all. I will not be renewing after I’m out of meds I’m going somewhere else. All I get is stupid ads for weight management which I don’t need Ridiculous terrible service.

Misleading fees for membership program
Be careful of their membership program. It is very misleading and possibly a scam. They advertise a $39 a month membership fee but once you enter payment it shows a $149 monthly membership fee. I canceled immediately but they refused to refund the membership fee.

Absolutely fraudulent company, hidden costs
Absolutely fraudulent company. Do NOT start a membership with them. They have hidden costs that they don't show up front and you don't find out until you've given them your credit card info. Then BOOM - you'll find out. They have ZERO integrity and screw their customers over royally. What happened to good business practices? Beware of this group. We are using Embody now and they ARE a reputable business that you can trust.
