Do not use this website for GLP-1. They charge a $39 intro fee, and then immediately charge a $149 monthly membership fee, as well as a $149+ monthly medication fee. Basically I used this website for 1 month at $339 and never even received the proper dose of medication. They prescribe medications that aren't even heard of like "micro-doses." When they finally increase the dose, there is a delay to receive the proper treatment until your next membership renewal and medication fee, and even charge more when a dose is increased. Multiple doctors would respond and ask the same questions. Overall, it was a terrible experience, speaking to AI bots more than doctors, and when you did get a doctor, it was always someone else asking questions you've already answered. Save yourself the financial drain for inappropriate medications and get your GLP-1 somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged $175 for the minoxidil biotin gummies one month ago, and the order was stuck in the pharmacy fulfilling the order until a few days ago when it just shows that I ordered it. No delivery. No ETA. And the most frustrating thing is I get the run around by AI chat agents and alleged MDs who apologize about the delay but offer no estimated time for delivery.

I have yet to receive my order that I place 1 month ago. Whenever I contact customer support it is an AI response. The last time I asked to speak to a live person and I have heard nothing. I have not been this disappointed in a company and its service in many years.

I'm on my second month and the dose is not enough for me. I would prefer Ozempic as it was the one that helped me lose extra weight for 2 years. I was on the highest dose before but moved to a different state. Now I'm back to the smallest dose and it seems like it not making any changes.
