FedEx stated that they had no issue putting my product in my home inside through my back door as my product could freeze or be stolen. FedEx not only failed to do this but they delivered it to the wrong address. I never did retrieve that package as FedEx did virtually nothing when I reported it,..but Hers immediately sent a replacement without charge. They were sympathetic and attentive. I expected a blame game and to get nothing. But they got the next package out right away. I am impressed.
