I haven’t even started my prescription…
I haven’t even started my prescription and I got a message yesterday saying “congrats on one month of treatment!” What a slap in the face. I also can’t even track my order anymore so who knows when it’s actually going to come? It’s disheartening that you charge for treatment before it even ships to you because I’m out about $200 with no product in hand.

Go to your local dermatologist or doctor and get it they have same thing and won’t make you try for an hour to cancel order . Website makes it triple hard to cancel!

I never received my product and was…
It has been one month and I never received my product nor any updates about my product inventory. Also, I was unaware I had to pay $175 up front. I thought it was just a small monthly payment of $30. Terrible customer services you cannot get through on the number provided. The chat service told me there was nothing to do. All I keep getting is progress emails although I never received the product. Do not recommend

Poor Service
One month later, and I still have not received my product. In addition no updates and no one to talk to just a bot on the website with canned answers.
