I absolutely love hers and recommend them to everyone I know looking for that little push they need along their health journey. I have lost over 100 lbs twice now but I am now in my 40’s and perimenopause is making weight loss impossible no matter how disciplined I am. hers was just want my body needed to wake up and get with the program.
