As such, on 08/22 you were prescribed a 90-day supply based on the information you provided in your consultation. On our platform, order cancellations can only be completed before treatments are shipped. Based on the history within your account, we did not receive a request to cancel until 09/20, which is well after the order was delivered. Our customer experience team is easily accessible via email, chat, phone and in our secure messaging portal to assist with any matters that are important to patients. Regarding your prescription, we can see that your provider offered you two professional treatment recommendations to choose from, to which you made a selection. We are so sorry if your order was lost in transit. When you contacted our call center on 08/07/2022, we confirmed that we tracked your package to your local post office, and issued you a partial refund for the inconvenience. Our tracking details show that your order was delivered to your mailbox on 08/08/2022. In these circumstances, we offer every patient a complimentary replacement within 30 days of the original order. Hi Shana, please forgive us for how long it’s taken us to get back to you. We want to share that we appreciate your consideration. It’s very important that during the consultation, patients offer accurate information related to their medical history. As a standard, our providers consider all of the details shared to decide if our platform is the best option for the patient at that time. In the interest of optimal and total care our providers may recommend that a patient be seen by a provider, in-person.
