I ordered my product in mid July. I still have not received it and I don't even think it has shipped out at this point. I don't even need it for I would take just a regular pill. I will give it one more month before I cancel and ask for my money back clearly I would like the product more but at this point, I feel like I'm just being scammed. I just got another email saying congratulations you should've been on it for a month by now ha ha ha that's funny!!

It’s been a month and I still have yet to receive my order so I’d say the experience so far has not been good.

What went wrong is I never received the product I ordered. After one month I always got the same message on the AI that was no information basically. So I had to cancel and order elsewhere. What a terrible experience. Less then one star.

Hers took my $39 and then I couldn’t get back where I left off on their app so I requested a refund. Got no response or no welcome text, no medication. This was in July 2026. Forward to August 2026 , Hers took $99 from my account without any notification and I still haven’t gotten any medication or tele services. I have requested a refund and the so called account be closed.

The biggest scam in US history. I dont understand how is it even legal to charge accounts without providing anything. They have a 40$ start for treatment and then they deny the medication from you and they still charging the account with a montly 150$ fee. I wrote to support and I cant get a refound or delete my account. They would deserve a lawsuit.

I have been waiting a month and nine days for my face product. I have been told it has been multiple places, but has never reached my home one of the places being just a few minutes from my home and then all of a sudden it got sent to Hawaii. I am not happy with this company. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and stolen from. If there was no intention of delivering the product or giving me your money back, which is what they said they’re not going to do. I don’t understand why you keep continuing to try to run a business. You make a lot more money by doing what you say you’re gonna do and by proving to people that you are a great, awesome, wonderful company giving people nothing but goodness. This is not goodness. This is taking away faith in humanity, which I don’t know if you realize we actually don’t have very much of that left in the world. So thank you for reaffirming that things are not always what they seem to be.
