The price is fabulous, which is always helpful. I have been trying forever to lose weight and nothing and now after 4 months, I have lost 20 pounds! Yay!

I am doing well and have lost 24 lbs in 3 months. It took a while to adjust to small portions and nausea. But I’m quite comfortable now with how much to eat and what to do about nausea. I also appreciate the recommendations offered to help with any fatigue or constipation. Both of which I hardly ever experience any more. My sugar cravings have diminished greatly and I hardly snack. When I do snack I try to eat something with protein in it … like a bar or a yogurt.
