DO NOT use Hers. Biggest scam company when it comes to psychiatry. I filled out a questionnaire and did not have any consultation with the doctor over the phone or anything , and 2 hours later “Dr Serena Wu” prescribed me medication without reading my chart and seeing what medications I actually am on. They refuse refund even though they did not send my medication. Here I am spending $200 for a medication that I cannot take

well i told them i was on 2 tablets a day for my medication and they still sent me the same on i had when i started with the exact same directions from when i started i dont know how this happened but i am about out of my medication now.

This company was misleading. They charged my credit card for medication That I did not activate for approval. This, this is misleading scam. Please be careful, please be aware.

I tried to see if they helped treat ADD/ADHD they did not which is fine. Unfortunately not a lot do. I then tried to get treatment for hair loss in women, because of a condition that I have that contributes filled out the quiz which took half an hour to 40 minutes only to be told you have a health condition that contributes to hair loss contact your primary care physician. I am on disability lost my job and my insurance. I’m trying to get disability insurance but haven’t been approved yet which is why I went through hers to get help, and I know I have a contributing health condition, which is why I went to hers for help. Only to be told by hers that they can’t help me because I have a contributing health condition which I already knew about. Personally, I have not found hers to be helpful at all!!! If it helps other women that’s great and I’m happy for them. Unfortunately, hers has not been helpful to me in the slightest.

I ordered 2 products from hers.....for some reason the credit card wasn't accepted for the second product..first product went thru fine......so then I hit monthly to pay for products and hers company took the full price for both products.....I'm on a fixed income so that was a bit hit.....called company. One shipment of each product shipped.......the company only offered half reimbursement. For only one months woth of product.....which I think is unfair.....I thought I would only pay for one month of product not 6 months of products.....canceled my subscription and will never use this company again

If you have taken 2 or more different medications since being diagnosed; Hers will not help you! Less then 10 minutes after I had filled out the questionnaire; I am told that there is nothing they can do for me because I need more in depth service. Then they give me information for if I don't have insurance, for online therapy, and other stuff that I found to not be helpful. Also, told me to contact my Primary Doctor. What gets me is that the doctor didn't ask me any more information about my life or if I have a Primary doctor--why I was specifically reaching out them them. They just denied me help. When I told them that my Primary does not really believe in Depression and that the behavioral health clinic was a 5 month wait that I was referred to--the next closest place is 8 hour driver--that is in my network for insurance--they nicely told me they didn't care. I need to be seen "in person". I don't recommend Hers for Depression and anxiety if you have taken more than 2 medications since being diagnosed. They will not help you. Hers--you need to fix your questionnaire and tell your doctors to take more than 10 minutes before telling anyone no--especially if they tell you what I did afterwards. Actually help people. I am very disappointed in Hers.
