I just don't understand how you can get denied help from a website that wants to help every female. I was denied for the weight loss even though I'm 60lbs over weight and denied the mental health exam even though my mental stress is out the wazoo.

ForHers.com is way too overpriced ~ One would do much better getting a Prescription from their own Physician. My Endocrinologist prescribed me 2.5mg Tablets of Minoxidil to be taken 5mg morning and 5mg evening, total 10mg daily. A THREE MONTH Prescription is covered 100%, or $125 out of pocket when I lost it due to my car being stolen. In contrast, ForHers.com prescribes 2.5mg (to be broken in 1/2 daily) for $105 PER MONTH. That is LESS THAN 3.5 TIMES the dosage I have been taking for the last 9 months (and have gotten great beneficial results) at no charge with Insurance or 3 TIMES LESS out of pocket. LOWER DOSE + HIGHER PRICE = VERY POOR RESULTS! Seek out your own private Healthcare Provider. Think about it, and do it.

I sent a message days ago via the app to the NP assigned to me saying the Topical treatment was difficult for me to manage as I'm african american, and only wash my hair once a week. I only used it for 1 week before stopping. I asked about switching to pill form and still haven't heard back. Also tried sending a message to the help center but kept getting a message saying I couldn't at this time.

I was prescribed a medication that interacted severely with a medication that I was already taking. In the questionnaire I disclosed that this was the one, singular medication that I take daily; for context, it is Loperamide, aka Imodium. I was prescribed Naltrexone, and there was no mention of interactions with loperamide in the safety sheets. Well, about 15 minutes after taking Naltrexone I was in severe abdominal pain, projectile vomiting, and had horrific diarrhea. A quick google search showed that this was an interaction where I was essentially thrown into acute opioid withdrawal by the naltrexone. The medical advisor I messaged denied that loperamide was an opioid (which is blatantly false), and stopped answering entirely when I sent sources to prove that it was, and that it interacts horribly with naltrexone. It was some of the worst pain I’ve had in my life for 10 hours straight, all because the “doctors” on this platform are under qualified and do not know what they are doing. I was able to get a refund with ease, but obtaining prescriptions from this platform is dangerous and I would never recommend it.

I filled out the health questionnaire and gave them every single bit of information and they didn’t accept me as a customer. Denied services completely. Wow thanks. Discrimination maybe because I have a mental illness and take a lot of meds already? I was just looking to get help with weight loss. What a Slap in the face.

DO NOT purchase unless you're fully prepared to commit to the 5-month subscription period or whatever you have selected for the product you're considering. As soon as the product has been "approved" by a physician, you will be charged for the entire 5-month period and you will not be able to cancel that order -- even within an hour or so after having been "approved" by the physician. The only way to cancel an subscription is to get in touch with customer service is via Chat or Email (operated by a third-party platform). Don't expect them to be of help to you -- I was told that they were "already prepping my order for shipment" and therefore were "unable to stop payment," --- this occurring within a 3-hour window of time from when I had received the authorization notification (via email, which I did not see until the aforementioned time), to when I reached out to cancel. How is that even possible? I also tried to delete my account, and was told that I couldn't until the "subscription" I attempted to cancel was already delivered. It should NOT BE this hard to cancel an order or to delete an account. The practices of this company strike me as extremely unethical and a bit of a scam. Be careful!
