I have been trying to re order my medication kit- it has been 23 days with zero movement at the pharmacy and no clear shipping date. I have been in constant communication with their “ support team” and all I get are generic copy paste “ there’s a high demand and shipping times are longer than expected…” but 23 days? Almost a month of “ being at the pharmacy “. For such a huge company, and their quick delivery promises…. This is ridiculous. There was no warning on their site about any long delays in order for me to make an informed decision before giving them a huge amount of money. Almost $700 with zero product to show for it.

I was charged 339$ for one pill. I was prescribed 4 mg Wegovy which was to potent to start out. I immediately started vomiting and reported this to the Provider. This was within in the time I had already paid for subscription and 39$ for the first month discount. She did change my rx immediately to the lower dose and this was a few days after I received to initial 4mg shipment. It took over 30 days of me arguing saying I should get the lower dose at no cost since I was prescribed to high of a dose to be fine with. They had taken another 145 but did refund that when I complained that I had yet to get to other prescription and decided to cancel. So I have a bottle of 4 mg wegovy that cost me 339$ that I can’t even take. Never again. I am a nurse and was so excited to share this company with my coworkers and they was on board to do the program as well. Good luck to everyone that had tried this company.

I have been charged for a prescription of a 149.00 and I never received it. How do I go about for a credit on my credit card. The date I was to have received it is July 16.

I really was excited about the product when I ordered it in the beginning of July. August is almost over and it has NOT even been shipped although my money was already deducted from my account!

I ordered my minoxidil weeks ago and still have not received anything.

I have not received my product I got emails saying it was delayed (shipment) and I placed my order in May now it’s August. I just got an email saying congrats on my first month this company is a scam and I emailed them requesting a full refund. I never got the partial refund neither I will be contacting the attorney general and BBB to report this scamming company! Do not buy their product they do not deliver… literally!!!

I am not sure what I am supposed to be rating because so far I have not started on anything!!! Just waiting for someone to tell me something!! Or send me something!!!
