My experience with the Hers company was very dissatisfying. I took a Semaglutide medication from July 3 until October 12th and my net result was that I gained one pound from the time I started until I cancelled my subscription on October 17th. Because of my extreme dissatisfaction with my results I requested my money back, but they refused to issue a refund. The new company I’m going with will issue a refund if you don’t lose any weight, so I know it wasn’t an unheard of request that I asked for my money back. The whole time that I was on the Semaglutide I was frustrated because other people had told me about their experience with this product and their experience was very different. They did not experience much hunger. They lost weight very quickly. They had good appetite Suppression. I had little to no appetite suppression and I experienced the same amount of hunger. The only effects I felt was that I felt full for a little bit longer than before, and I didn’t want to eat quite as much, but not that much less and I still had cravings. I would never recommend anybody using this company.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with on a website you cannot get your medication. They don’t send it. I will never come back to this place ever again.

No change in weight even with diet and walking exercise

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a dedicated customer for years. In May, my delivery was delayed by HERS until July. When they tried to bill me for my next Aug delivery, I asked for it to be postponed due to the last delayed delivery. They abruptly canceled my subscription and said I would be subject to their new costs (which were extremely higher than the cost I was currently paying) when I was ready for my next delivery. I tried to contact them multiple times and ensure it was very clear I had asked for a delay (due to their recent delay) and not a cancellation, and their customer service is useless. They jeopardize people’s health by abruptly cancelling medication, and refuse to provide any valid reason for thier cancellation or lack of customer service. My subscription was unexpectedly canceled by a provider, despite the fact that I never requested or authorized the cancellation. I was not given adequate notice, a clear explanation, or an opportunity to discuss the decision before it was made. As a paying customer who trusted this company with my healthcare needs, I find the lack of communication and transparency very concerning. I understand that providers may need to make medical decisions regarding treatment, but patients deserve clear communication when those decisions affect their care and access to medication. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my subscription was canceled, why I was not informed beforehand, and what steps Hers will take to address this situation. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of hers providers. Here is a message from 1 provider I received a few weeks ago about upping my dose due to a binge eating instance: Hey there (name), Dr. Mataska here. I think progressing on to the 4 mg, based on the standard schedule, is just fine. Here is a message I received today after my script was processed and charged on my card AFTER they canceled my subscription w zero heads up: Hi (name), I'm Zaid Shah, a licensed physician, and it is my pleasure to support you with your care today. Thank you for entrusting us with your health care needs. Weight loss medications are not appropriate in certain clinical situations, and in other cases medical tests or physical examination are necessary in order to make sure that treatment is safe and appropriate. I reviewed the medical information you provided in your online consultation and have determined that you would be best served by a more in-depth consultation for weight loss outside of this platform due to Your reported history of active binge eating. We recommend that you seek out in-person treatment for this, as well as in-person treatment with GLP-1 therapy. Don’t use hers.

1. You're never told that the so-called "60-day supply," used nightly as directed on the prescription label, runs out in about 20 days. 2. You're never told the billing cycle quietly changes from every 6 months to about every 70 days. 3. Shipping notification emails arrive fast, but you will never receive any notice before an auto-renewal charge hits your card. I ended up cancelling my subscription because this company cannot be trusted.

I didnt even complete the questions about my meds I told them when I saw they shipped a bottle I did not want it how can they send me a prescription when I hadnt given them the type of Thyroid meds I am on

The site continues to run into issues or errors. Some types of glitches, and it's been extremely frustrating. I have notified the company of these issues. The first few times, they fixed it. I'm still having errors, and I am getting frustrated. I'm not able to process or answer their questions because it's just glitching out.
