I am extremely disappointed in this company! I took the quiz, it was approved by whomever. Right after I agreed to the product, I read a few negative reviews, so I immediately canceled my order. They still withdrew $147 out of my account. When I contacted them they just kept saying "you agreed prior to canceling the order". Really? I heard about all of the side effects and I don't even want to try the product! Horrible company with horrible customer service!

I still dont feel comfortable taking the medication when I was made aware of the side effects and how it works AFTER the consult and when it was already ordered. I still would like to replace this product with something that does not have minoxidil or get my money back. Everything is still in the package it was shipped in.

I started on oral Minoxidil in November. I've been suffering from extreme hair loss for months after a long illness. On January 2, I texted my provider with a with a serious concern. I did not hear back until January 5. It took 3 days for a reply, in my opinion this is unacceptable. In fact, I'm pretty confident the reply I received was mostly a robot reply. I canceled my account today. Update: 2/18/2024 - As of today "Hers" has not reached out to me. Still waiting......

After getting my first prescription, I realize that it was not helping me and in fact was making me more depressed. I tried to cancel over email over the phone and by putting a hold on my bank account yet they still continue to charge me $147 a month for pills that I cannot take. I have returned my last two prescriptions back without even opening the box by writing RETURN TO SENDER. This is a very expensive mistake!

Awful company they just want your money. Didn't help me at all and can prescribe what a few meds2022

Terrible! Had a bad reaction to a medicine upon taking the first dose and they denied a refund as I "did not take as prescribed". I went back and checked the rx, bottles and regimen plan and DID take correctly. I am sure it is a scam just to deny any refund...I was so disoriented and sleepy for 2 days that I couldn't even function. Buyer beware!

I went online to try and get help, heard great reviews and thought I’d try it, online for the site to say I don’t qualify. I’m overwhelmed, stressed and and all the time but can’t get help for it. Just makes it all the more frustrating. Don’t recommend this site at all.

I tried this product because I was losing hair due to age. Very disappointed. A month in my hair loss doubled. I thought that loss would slow down but it didn’t. Be careful of this product. Update due to response. I’m not sure what you mean by locate account, more info-not sure how to provide that. I purchased at Walmart in Wichita, KS. I used as directed and faithfully. Please provide more info on your end-thanks
