The Full Volume Shampoo and Conditioner smell like gasoline or jet fuel or exhaust or a combination of all three. It is strong and lingers throughout the day I have to put my hair in a ponytail to get it away from my face. I'm going to throw them out!

The recent shipment of minoxidil is very difficult to cut precisely. I used a pill cutter that I purchased, but the pills crumble into fragments. The first bottle I got 6 months ago was great. I am unhappy with this bottle….i don’t even know if I’m taking the right dose, because it’s all crumbled.

So far, not good. They're trying to push through prescription medication that does nothing for the problem I specifically told them I'm trying to deal with. Messages on the app are being ignored even though I wrote back within minutes of them messaging me. Chat is unable to help and tells me to message on the app. At this point I assume I've flushed $150 down the toilet and I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

Took extremely long to get a prescriber to approve medication. One prescriber ghosted me. Then another prescriber came on a day later to finally approve. Then it took forever to get it shipped. Was not as easy as advertised. You also ask below for my order number. I went onto the app to look for it and could not find an order number. It was for Monoxidil.

Their products are expensive. They don't work well with external pharmacies. And their support team has no clue what is going on. I received the wrong phone number for their pharmacy numerous times, which means their team is not trained well. On top of that, the team continues to send links that don't work, and their appointments feature continually stalls out. Sidenote: I work in the tech industry, so I tried multiple devices, clearing caches, etc. It's not an issue on my end. Do not waste your time or your money. You will only be frustrated.

There is another review on here with a similar experience as mine. Her’s has a new Weight Loss program that they rolled out January 2024. I wanted to try it so I signed up. I was sent medications that are used as an antidepressant, also used for epilepsy. None of this is disclosed. After I started taking the medication I started to feel so “off”. I started looking more into the drugs they gave me and was SHOCKED! They are not even weight loss drugs. They are drugs that “might” have weight loss as a result. I reached out to them, because I paid $400 for these medications and they will not give me any kind of a refund. It took them days to even get back to me. Warning people, because these are SERIOUS drugs they are prescribing with serious side effects.

I signed up with Hers because I wanted to reach out for mental health treatment. Their policy said pay 0$ today until prescription and after a waiting period of 24-48 hours to review assessments. This was misleading as I believed I would be able to cancel my account after receiving notification of what they felt was appropriate treatment if I disagreed with the medication. The application reviewed my assessments within 10 minutes and charged my card immediately when I opened the app. With a charge of 147$. I am on other medications which I acknowledged in the text box that I wanted to review before agreeing. I had hoped to review the medication, the side effects, and after reading them, I did not feel comfortable taking medication with those side effects and at that dosage so I immediately reached out to customer service who said because they were processing my order there was nothing I can do. An order I did not agree to the dosage and brand of and also did not know if it would intercept with any other of my medications. There is never a real provider who speaks with you only. Just chat bots. I’m very unhappy with the misleading information provided by this company under the guise of being helpful. They just want your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for their weight loss program trusting that licensed physicians would be prescribing me FDA approved medications. Instead I was prescribed a medication used to treat epilepsy and another one for alcohol addiction, and one for diabetes. I do not have any of these issues. I was told to take these drugs for weight loss. Symptoms were horrible. Nausea, headache,extreme fatigue, tingling skin. I felt drunk and started vomiting. When I reached out to the practitioner I was told to stop taking the medicine and there was nothing they could prescribe me. I was also told that they couldn't refund the $300 I paid upfront for these medications. Not only are these dangerous heavy duty drugs that shouldn't be prescribed for people that need to lose weight, but this place is a complete scam. Go to a real doctor. Waste of time and potentially dangerous.
