Rip off! I placed an order and within minutes changed my mind and canceled it. They sent the product anyway and changed me. When I got it I did not even open the box. I contacted them to return and get a refund but they refused. Stay away from this horrible company.

I actually like the product with the customer service is absolutely horrible. I kept getting notes that I needed to speak with someone to check in on progress but no one was ever available. No one ever responded and when I called, they said I didn’t actually need to speak with someone. It only allowed an automatic shipment, every other company I get automatic shipments from send a notice to confirm that you still need the shipment. This did not, and I was unable to stop it even 30 minutes after I received the email saying they were processing the order. The representative I spoke with, could not have cared less about my situation, and sounded very bored and ready to move onto the next call. Very difficult to find a phone number and actually speak to someone and there is no actual live chat for customer service that I could find. Canceled everything and will find a similar product from a different company because the customer service here is just awful. Many places do this sort of thing choose anything other than Hers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me they cancelled my account, and then still continued to charge me and wouldn’t refund the money. I couldn’t “prove” that I cancelled the account previously because I had no way of knowing I needed to screenshot the chat I had with customer service because they would lie and say they never got the several messages about me wanting to cancel. Not only did I get charged, but they shipped the medication anyway knowing that it was going to an address I don’t even live at anymore! Stay away.

Couldn't cancel order minutes after it was placed. Horrible customer service

The shampoo and conditioner made my hair weak and tangled everywhere. The pills give me fast heart rate. This was a complete waste of money. I bought the pills for 5 months but I will have to throw them away after trying it for 2 weeks. The shampoo and conditioners were purchased on Amazon and I also had to throw them away.

2.5 weeks after making almost $300 payment with no time frame of when they will ship the medication. This is ridiculous and I am canceling. I contacted them via live chat and was told that they don't have a date. Which means, I won't get this for 3 to 4 weeks after ordering, plus shipping time.

This is a healthcare organization that acts as if is run as an online retail business model. HERS.com makes up rules as they go along leaving confusion to questionable business practices. CANCEL MY ORDER & SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY! 1. After a week, no response from the Care Team/Physician. When chatting with HERS they state that there is a 72 hours turn-around response. NO RESPONSE AFTER A WEEK! 2. There is a 2-3 week wait for medication that is not posted. No notification until after you sign up. 3. After 4 weeks and no medication, asking to cancel subscription and close account immediately is only responded to by an auto-email. Instructions are to modify current subscription. That is not an option as nothing has shipped. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!

USPS couldn't get into my apartment and customer service rep was unhelpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem
