I felt like a machine was prescribing my new medication. I was very clear in a problem that I was having and instead of helping, my provider asked me to fill out a form, which he then responded to the problem 2 days later. I've since had chest pains multiple days in a row on said medication and had to stop taking it. Hers gave me a half refund, but I'm back to square 1 and out half of the money I spent for a 3 month prescription. I think it's messed up that you have to pay for 3 months to get any kind of discount. It would have been nice to have paid for 1 month and gotten half my money back. I'm still out more money than I would have been and the new meds went down the toilet. I've since turned to the gym and meditation and I truly think psychiatrists are a waist of time and money. Hire a shaman. And definitely skip online doctors. They're nothing but machines making money.

So far I had a terrible experience with the psychiatrists department at hers. I dealt with providers ( several) that were unhelpful and contrarian, they didn’t want to find solutions, and didn’t read my concerns, the latest I dealt with was Named Kerry Berry, and after discussing a couple of concerns she canceled my subscription without warnings and without understanding anything I previously discussed with her and the dosage and choice of medications I am taking. Absolutely terrible experience in that department. Be careful with whom you give your concerns to, because I was met with absolutely no empathy and treated with a disturbing attitude of non caring and completely dismissive answers aka canceling my subscription.

I had such high hopes for the company I love the adds and thought that it would be super convenient to work with them on my weight loss journey. I subscribed to the weight loss membership 3 weeks ago and never received the prescriptions when I called to request a refund I was put on hold for 30 min and then was told that there was nothing they could do to cancel and refund my subscription cost despite the fact that the medication was never shipped.

I want to cancel my prescription of Minoxidil.My hair loss has gotten worse since I started taking it.

I ordered hers because they said it would stop the thinning of my hair as well as regrow it. Not only did it not regrow it seems like it has gotten even thinner since I started using the product and it has given me horrible headaches daily. I contacted them and asked them if they could refund my money because I spent almost $200 on a product that did not work and had negative side effects and they told me they don’t do refunds. I would not ever recommend this product to anybody.

Horrible. Company has backlog of Rx so you may not get your medications when you need it. They write psychotropic medications that are unsafe to stop abruptly but they can’t fulfill timely. I asked for a refund after being told another 2-3 weeks AFTER already waiting 2 weeks. Was told I could not because it was in process (even though two days ago they said it would be yet another 2-3 weeks). When I canceled any future subscriptions they removed my ability to track the current order that they will not allow me to cancel. The customer service rep was very nice which is a good thing because now I have to call every day to get updated on the current order they will not cancel. Maybe this sort of thing is ok if you are getting hair or skincare but not psychotropics.

I placed an order a month and an half ago ago (Jan 5, 24’) for $297 and I have yet to receive it. The website states that it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m suppose to receive my shipment every three months. The Hers website states that I will be billed again in April. There is no way to reach anyone and I’m suppose to get billed again in April? I certainly hope not! This is my first order with this company and I now regret doing business with them!

Terrible customer service. I literally canceled this the same day I ordered it and they still charged my credit card $395! Chatted with customer service and they said nothing they could do. So here I am, waiting for them to send me product I paid for and getting nothing!! At least provide me with product worth $395 that I paid for! I think this company is a scam!
