Disappointed
I was previously using a weekly injectable drug. I have not felt any change since using this combination of meds over past 3 weeks. I have actually increased my weight by 4 pounds. I’m disappointed that this combo doesn’t provide more appetite suppression.

The company requires ongoing…customer service training
The company requires ongoing subscription and makes it difficult to cancel offering only a pause option. They don’t tell you when charging and sending you a refill so i found out when I was charged but charge was still processing. I asked immediately for cancellation was told no. Asked for refund was told no. Then they ignore you. Any requests you make to talk to someone comes up with “I see you matter was already answered so I’ll go a remove your request”. Don’t use this company they will continue to steal your money.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hers. I did the online assessment and was prescribed Prozac. I cancelled the order within the 24 hour timeframe and informed the doctor that I didn’t want Prozac. He stated that he saw my order was already cancelled. But surprise! I still got billed for it because I didn’t cancel before the fulfillment was complete… the order was fulfilled within 15 minutes of the doctor sending me his email. I’m not sure how it’s possible to have cancelled before the fulfillment time when it was almost immediately after the correspondence with the doctor, which was not in real time. There was no chance for me to decline the medication he prescribed to me. So now I’m on the hook for $348 and have a bunch of pills that I will never take and there are no refunds.

This stuff doesn’t work
This stuff doesn’t work, the face cream does but then makes my skin peel, then if you subscribe, good luck cancelling.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Predators. I read bad things about being unable to stop service on your credit card, now my password was changed and I can no longer login. Run, very fast & don't give your CC!
