I experienced severe side effects from the medication that was prescribed. I notified Hers and was not offered an alternative. I was looking forward to getting healthier, but Hers only made me sick and extremely frustrated.

chat with a doctor is the worst
Your chat with a doctor is the worst. I have tried to have a conversation and instead of taking care and answering questions, I was dismissed and just told to switch kits. Does not seem like I was cared for at all. And you are out here handling medication like it’s candy. So disappointing in the whole experience.
