Renewed my prescription ahead of schedule with no follow-up email stating this. You get a 24 to 48 to cancel, but they wait to charge you until the time has expired to were you are not able to cancel. So they charged me $200 before my renewal the week before my closing date and refused to give me a refund. Also, the prescription has not worked at all. Terrible business practices.

I contacted my Care team and the help center to request a refund. Have not heard back yet. I took my prescription for almost a month. During the first week I was constipated. In weeks 2-3, I had diarrhea multiple times a day. Then saw fatty bits and leakage. Not fun. Stopped taking pills after that.

It took 2 weeks for my product to ship and another week for it to arrive. Responses to questions take too long. I am starting week four with no weight lost yet and am near wanting to give up. The medication makes me feel nauseous and gives me terrible dry mouth.

I received my medications and after 3 days of them causing severe illness, I quit taking them. I understand the reasoning behind not being able to return your product, but I feel cheated, and now have $395.00 worth of medication I do not know how to dispose of. I felt I gave a very detailed health history and was still supplied with medications that interacted badly with my current prescriptions. I really wish that one of your providers would have denied my subscription, or offered something that would work for me, rather than filtering me along. I am really sorry that I wasn't able to give better feedback and a good review. Hopefully this will be taken into consideration for future customers.

They approved my meds, and it shipped quickly, but no information was given as to the size of the pills, but the images displayed show a small pill. Instead, they are like horse pills and are not usable. Of course you have to sign up for a subscription, so I've now wasted $400 and have 5 months of meds I'll never use. They are refusing a refund or allowing me to return the product. Don't waste your money.

I have not received my product and can't get someone to call or email me bk.

I tried getting help and really needed it when I couldn't find a new general practitioner. My old doctor's office was bought out by a company that only accepted patients over 40 with insurance. I needed to renew my anti-depressant. I answered all of their questions, which are A LOT, and was denied help because they did not agree/like my answers. Hers didn't help me when I needed it. Thank goodness I eventually sought out therapy because I was close to doing something I would not have been able to take back or come back from. They didn't help me. To Hers reply: Then STOP advertising that it's so "easy" to get help. You need to advertise that in some cases your platform will suggest to see someone "in-person". You advertise FALSE hope.

If I could give less stars I would. After waiting 3+ weeks to receive my subscription I never received it. When I logged into my account, there was an automated conversation with a provider that I did NOT have. Yet I was made to look like I did. When I stated that I had not receive my subscription in over 3weeks, but my card was charged right away, the response I received was that they would send me the item again as it “probably got lost in the mail” That portion of the conversation then conveniently disappeared from my chat. When I followed up to confirm, I received no response. I have not gotten an email notification or anything regarding my replacement item. What a scam. I am a medical professional, but went this route to preserve my privacy. Hers is an absolute joke.
