These weight loss drugs were a complete disaster for me. I held on for a month because I wanted it to work. The medications left me feeling extremely restless and nearly hopeless. I gained 5 pounds and didn’t care. My lower abdomen frequently hurt. I spent $300 for this terrible experience.

For a company that’s supposed to help people, gotta say getting a message that says “sorry you’re not the type of person we want to help” is kind of a slap in the face. These people don’t want to help, just want to collect your money. thank you for telling me there is no hope for me, guess I’ll just stay depressed! 😊

This company is an absolute hoax. I inquired with the company for weight loss medication and immediately after the screening they sent me the 4 week plan and charged me $395 without authorization. After calling the company they told me they weren't able to put a stop to the order and they can only give me back $50 which I never received. How convenient for them being the order doesn't ship for "3-4 weeks". You cant put a stop to the order? Come on now. So I went ahead and disputed the charge with my bank. Sure enough 3-4 weeks later I never received the medication. Being that I disputed the charge I didn't look any further into not receiving the medication. Welp jokes on me because today my dispute was reversed because someone in the company (probably accounts payable) sent the bank a letter stating I approved authorization. Which is false and fraudulent if you ask me. I contacted my bank and was told to contact the company. I then recontacted Hims&Hers to be told "since I disputed the charge there is nothing they can do on there end." I also mentioned to them that I never received the order and there response was "it is outside of the 30 day mark, so there is nothing we can do". Looks like they have a pattern going here. I think this is very unfair and upsetting that nobody in the company can help me at all. Not shocking that they don't care. They got paid $395 and I'm left with no medication and an over drafted bank account. I hope something like this never happens to anyone else. What a disappointment!

Very serious side effects…I was hospitalized due to the vomitting and nauseas.

Even though my refill isn't until the 14th I was charged today so I did a live chat with customer service to get a refund being it hasn't been shipped yet. I now have health insurance and wanted to cancel my subscription so I no longer pay out of pocket. They told me a refund was not an option even though it hasn't been shipped yet and my refill date isn't until the 14th. Also I haven't received any check in or communication from the provider in a little over 5 months and they won't issue a refund! I'm furious and feel screwed!

My rating is a one star because I’ve only been using the product now for two and a half weeks. I won’t have a review or an opinion until I’ve gone through the entire process, which is approximately 5 to 6 months. I have no data at this time.
