I ordered the hair growth product. It’s unusable as far as I am concerned. It is watery so when you apply it it goes all over your head and into your eyes if not careful. Then it turns crusty. I expected it to have a thicker consistency so it would stay where you applied it. I am not happy and they will not give me a refund. Wasted $195.00. Beware of poor customer service.

Absolutely awful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You have to agree to ordering medication before it’s even prescribed to you, and it’s impossible to cancel the order after you find out when medication you’ll be receiving. Awful company.

Just know that you cannot return their product, even when it’s an unopened box. I tried to cancel the delivery but it was too late to do so. Now I have $195 worth of a product I do not use at all. Auto ship can definitely be a problem.

They make it hard to cancel subscription and cannot help once you are charged the ridiculous amount for the medicines.

Hers is a SCAM. I had placed an order and within 24 hours i decided i wanted to cancel or change the order. If i canceled it, i would understandably want a full refund because they charge you the full price on the spot. So i spoke to their live chat person. They have a horrible communication system. They dont even have a number to call through the app. You have to use a chat system that disappears once you close the app. I chatted with one of their reps about having a full refund or getting a new prescription in replacement. They said they would not be able to do that and that it was too late. EVENTHOUGH it has been ONE day since i ordered it. Also, on their website they do not give NEARLY enough information regarding the drugs and their side effects and their long terms effects. I should have known that this is a gimmick. And the lady i chatted with, Destiny, ended the chat with me before she even let me finish typing. She was not done helping me, yet she herself ended the chat. I found that to be completely disrespectful. I personally think that if you want a legit health solution, see a real doctor or buy FDA approved products. Everything that her’s sells is NOT fda approved, and they do NOT tell you anything about the risks. And they have NO DIRECT LINE of communication with the pharmacy that makes the meds. They dont even tell you the pharmacy name or where its located. It all very suspicious. I DO NOT recommend hers, i think it is not to be trusted and it just cares about making a profit

No support from anyone. Can’t cancel or change subscriptions. Can’t change medications if something isn’t working for you.
