I had breast cancer well over 12 years ago. Once Hers found that out they denied me any right to their product. So if you've ever had cancer, beware you can't use their product. I don't care how long ago it was. I've been free from and clean of cancer for 12 years and this company does not allow me to use their product. I would not purchase from them, even if it would keep me from getting cancer again. If they're gonna put out all the hype then standby it. And realize that people can fight cancer and win! And if their company doesn't like that, then they're not very smart. You know they don't have to worry about being sued if someone has had cancer 12 years ago because after seven years people cannot sue. I tried twice and both times was refused. This company does not have good reviews at all and glad I found that out by writing this review!

I want to cancel my membership immediately. First, the customer service is horrible. Second, I will not do business with anti-Semites. Your CEO’s hateful rhetoric is disgusting and I’m going to encourage all through social media not to do business with your company.

Unimpressed with this company. Went to cancel an order they charged me for. The order had yet to ship when I reached out to the company. The shipping label for the package wasnt created until 12 hours after I requested cancellation and it did not ship until over 24 hours after I reached out to them to have my order cancelled. They had more than enough time to cancel but they took four days to return my messages(even though they advertise a live chat available 7 days a week 5am-8pm) By that time they told me my order had already shipped and that I wouldnt be able to return it. Stay away from this company. They wont cancel orders and they wont accept returns.

Product makes my hair fall out, which may be normal according to the directions, so that’s less of a problem than their absolutely atrocious customer service. They take forever to get back to you and it is always a bot that doesn’t actually answer you question. I sent the same statement over and over about wanting to change from the topical (it’s soooooooo sticky and I can’t even get my fingers through my hair) to the oral and they kept respond “do you want to change from the topical to the oral?” Round and round we went. Today I asked for a copy of my prescription to take on a trip into a country where you cannot take prescription meds without the prescription. I said I’m leaving in three days. Their response was, “great, you need like prescription, I have sent a request and it will be sent to you in 5-7 business days”. Gee. Thanks. Their shipments take forever to be sent out and there is no rush if there is an issue, so if you drop you pill or topical and have none, they can’t rush it - you will be without it for a month. It’s expensive, less convenient than a doctor, and unbearably frustrating. Just see a local doctor and get a regular prescription and avoid at all costs.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I canceled my subscription after 10 mins due to a recommendation from my doctor to try another birth control before trying hair loss treatment. They said the medicine was already “being prepared” (hadn’t shipped or anything) therefore I could not get any of the $150 dollars back. Such a scam. Taking advantage of vulnerable women. Stop giving them money. Hope ppl see this company for what it really is.

Very unhappy with them. Ordered a very expensive hair serum and used 2 times. I hated it. It make you hair look dirty and with a very coarse texture. You will need to wash every day, which I don’t and don’t plan to start. They don’t take returns. Offered me 50% of another magical solution which I declined. I guess I am out of $195 but want to advise others. DO NOT ORDER!

The lack of support and general care that is offered is minimal. I have reached out multiple times… I have reached out. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to check in, to see how I was doing, to see how the medication was working for me. When I reported the medication wasn’t working for me, I had to ask multiple times before I finally received a response. Apparently the medications offered interact with my sleeping medication but wasn’t offered a suggestion for an alternative sleeping medication, just to refer back to my doctor. My doctor refers me to a nutrition class rather than weight loss medication, so I’m in a loop. And during this time my subscription renews and I’m stuck with more medication that isn’t working for me and again NO SUPPORT

No refund policy-which I didn’t look into so that’s on me-but I had side effects from the medications and had to stop taking them after only one week
