I’ve been trying to cancel medication…
I’ve been trying to cancel medication and have such a hard time cancelling. I’ve gotten two orders, tried one of them, it didn’t work for me. I have only figured out how to postpone it and not cancel it.

Stuck in a subscription plan I do not want
Stuck in a subscription plan I do not want now I’m stuck paying over $300. Tried to cancel right after I made the account and it keept getting denied. Emailed the company because that’s the contact that they offer and received an automated message back. Woke up the next day and tried to cancel again and it went through AFTER they processed everything. They tell you that you have 2 days to cancel but they gave me less than 24 hours before they tried to process my card. I was willing to change my plan and still order at the lower cost, but they couldn’t even help me change anything. At this point I regret trying to use this company, so wrong to trap someone in a payment they tried to cancel at the soonest possible time and still not allow me to cancel. that payment burden is not worth the help I was willing to get at first before they trapped me in this subscription plan.

Looked into buying Latisse
Looked into buying Latisse. Was given the option of buying the whole year for a discount of $720 a year. Found out later this is only 6 bottles. I will run out in 6 months. Maybe I’ll look into another company to give me the rest.

This company charged me $175 for…
This company charged me $175 for something I wasn't even aware that I ordered. Called customer service and they will refund half of my money only. I offered to return they complete order but they won't accept that. Do not fill out an intake unless you are prepared

Why did you send a full six months of Rogaine in May 2024 then again I received another full six months prescription on June 18, 2024???? I sent you an email asking you the same question and never received an answer. Do you not have real human beings as pharmacists or do you just use computers? It’s really scary when you think about it.

Once they have your credit card they will send you products without even asking whether you want more. Even though you know their products don't work and you told them
