Horrible experience
Horrible experience - after reading and researching the side effects of the medications they prescribed I decided to cancel which I did before any product shipped - they refused to stop the shipment - the shipping label was created after I can cancelled and they refuse to refund my money - this is a tital scam

I have requested to cancel my account…
I have requested to cancel my account over and over. I have requested to return all items because it was not clear the charge would be $395!!! I thought it was $95....no one to call ....no one responds. TERRIBLE

I have now tried hers twice
I have now tried hers twice, once for anxiety/depression and once for weight loss. Both times the providers were not responsive and unwilling to help or adjust my medication when I had worrisome reactions. For weight loss I had an allergic reaction that landed me in the ER twice because no one on hers would respond to me. I broke out in a full body painful rash that even after 3 weeks I am still Dealing with. What’s worse is I was willing to work with the providers to find a new regiment and they simply told me since I had a reaction to one medication that I shouldn’t continue with any treatment. Unhelpful, expensive and mentally/physically exhausting.

Unfortunately it’s been terrible for me. I’m tired, constipated, nauseous, headaches, I’ve had to stop taking meds just to get back on my feet. The price of $325 non refundable makes me cringe . I’m going to try again. No weight loss

I cancelled my plan in May
I cancelled my plan in May, now it's June 25th and they billed my card for a prescription I no longer have. There is no phone number to call, so all communication is by email. This company is absolutely horrific with customer service!

My issue was not resolved and I feel the representative did not read my entire issue. Now I can potentially be charged almost $3,000

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I felt my prescription was filled before I had a chance to full discuss side effects and potential interactions with drugs I was already taking. I was talking to one doctor about interactions and another doctor stepped in an filled perscription. When I asked for a refund (due to combination of drugs leading to increased risk of seizures) I was told that “it’s telemedicine” and multiproviders may be working on my care plan at once. Completely unsafe
