I have been waiting over a week and my almost $400 order that I have already been charged for has not even shipped! I don’t even want it now but I am stuck because it is impossible to speak with anyone. If they are this “backlogged” then they should be upfront with the how long the delay is….and I am sure my subscription won’t be extended for my wait time. Disheartening.

I'm not happy at all. My order has been pending for days and customer service hasn't answered any of my questions.

Unfortunately, I broke out with an allergic reaction/ rash at the third week when I began a new medication and have stopped all pills

I am currently trying to reach someone regarding cancelling I believe the meds will interact with other meds I am on I never received an official call to go over these things I was charged already I have been on hold for 30 minutes only to be told by a recording to call back at a better time.

Its probably mostly me but I'm not responding well to the weight loss treatment and the medication had been giving me side effects that I couldn't ignore. I tried to continue taking them but I couldn't. I tried a different kit and I haven't lost any weight with that one either and just experiencing side effects from that kit as well. Customer service does take a long time to get back to you. I spent a lot of money on both kids and I've had no results and I'll likely stop the program completely. I guess I wouldn't recommend this to others. Over all completely bad experience and a waste of a large amount of money.

Do not attempt mail order psychiatric treatment with Hers! The medication that was sent to me made me violently ill - so much so that I ended up in the emergency room! Now the company has ignored my requests for a refund of the 9 months remaining in my paid treatment plan. I intend to complain to the BBB and the AMA. Don't waste your money on this carnival sideshow! P.S. If you have an adverse reaction to your medication you will NOT receive a fair refund from Hers or Hims! Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that you can do face to face treatment with! There is no way of knowing that these companies are anything but a few sweaty techies buying medicines from China and operating out of their basements! Don't do it!! I was finally given a full refund. Lesson learned. There is no way of knowing where this medication comes from - not like any previous meds I have taken.

Don't do it. This is not a company that cares about you. They care about making things confusing, and then blaming you for the confusion to validate the extra confusing cost they take. You will be charged outrageous prices and then given false help. Website & app are built in a way to pull you into the most money paid options. Then because you get releif to finally make it to the exit and ready to start treatment they claim if you want them to "fix it" you will have to cancel and start all over. Something that oddly took me weeks to the point I had to send an email where I was sent a new link of a screen and new set of questions that never populated in the first place. They made me feel dumb....like you have to do this first but that was never even an option. Just very shady. Just don't do it

Terrible. Beware!! I did a questionnaire in the middle of the night about mental health while in the throes of postpartum. Curious what the results would be. The next morning a dr replies saying he has prescribed me generic Zoloft. I never approved the recommendation. Same day I try to cancel everywhere on website As soon as I do suddenly my card is charged $147!! I start emailing immediately to assist for refund as I did not authorize this and do NOT want this medication. Get the run around. And suddenly order is processed. I’ve stated multiple times I don’t want this service. I just did a questionnaire I don’t want this medication. Have not received a response to last several emails. Terrible service for someone already struggling with mental health.
