I have been emailing your company without any answers. I have purchased hers minoxidil and vitamin hair supplement. The medicine has caused severe headaches. I have tried waiting it out to see if the symptoms are transient; have not improved for 1 week. I have been advised by my doctor to stop taking the medicine. Im attempting to cancel my prescription. Would like to have some avenue to resolve this matter. Canceling Rx from the website doesn't work.

The first pill I took I was extremely sick throwing up. I made sure I ate before I took it. I tried calling them and a message says no refunds. I didn’t even get to talk to customer service.

I went through the Hers online questionnaire, and they processed and sent out a prescription of a cocktail of drugs without an appt or waiting for me to respond about the mixture of drugs. I found out that one of the drugs is Wellbutrin, and another is an epilepsy drug. I am allergic to Wellbutrin (they call it something else, and I am not going to take an epilepsy drug). These are serious medications. Hers uses different names for the drugs. They didn't ask if I had taken any of them before - they charged my card immediately. Zero transparency about this practice. And, when I responded to the online portal message (not realizing they had already sent out the prescription), I asked them to cancel it, given the new information I'd found out. They aren't transparent with their process, they aren't transparent about the drugs, and they refused a refund when I asked them to cancel the order - this was within 6 hours of me doing the online questionnaire. They aren't a medical practice; they are a drug warehouse. I am astonished they immediately charged my card and sent an order without having an online (or any) conversation with me about the medications, or providing the commonly known names. And then upon my request to cancel, given a previous reaction to one of the prescriptions (now that I knew that it was Wellbutrin), they refused. Beware. Use another company that has better medical information and less shady financial practices with customers. I disputed the charge and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You are taking your health and potential serious side effects in your own hands with their off-label use of these drugs. Their mix is an antidepressant, an epilepsy drug, a drug for opiate withdrawal, and a drug for diabetes, mixed together. OMG. I'm most concerned that they don't provide full names for these drugs (e.g. they call Wellbutrin Bupropion, and so on.)

There is little to no support. Every time you use the chat feature you get a new person who doesn’t know what was already said. I had two people contradict themselves. I told them about side effects I was experiencing and they said stop taking it and we could switch but I would still have common side effects

After 2 days, couldn't continue due to itching. Messaged Hers and was told to stop. Took the meds to my doctor and at her advice decided not to take any of them. At any rate, very disappointed that Hers won't refund my money.

What a nightmare.

My hers was sent to the wrong address and I never received it

Irritability, menstrual irregularities, weight gain, bloating, contsipation, insomnia After trying to talk to a provider I’m no longer going to continue with hers. The providers didn’t care about my side effects or questions it was like speaking to a chat bot with auto responses. A waste of $300 and I will be posting reviews everywhere I can because I can’t get my money back even though I only took one medication for 2 weeks and never took the second medication. VERY disappointed with hers.
