I have been emailing this companies customer service for over a week with no response. Totally feeling like I have been scammed. I'm going to dispute the charge on my card since I have had ZERO help withy order. It said it was processing, then canceled?? Why?? Oh and then it said that my last order was in April 2024.. nope!! I just signed up two weeks ago in July! I'll be shocked if this arrives to my door at all. Writing this review was my last resort into getting help from this company.

Unclear and shady charging. I wanted to get one bottle of hair drops to try for 35$ and they charged me $175 for 5 month supply. It must be clear upon check out the total charge. This is not how you start a relationship with a customer, not honest. When i called the rep kept saying it is clear to me and I agreed to it. Putting it all on me, i have not even tried the product, I'm so angry.

The meds I was given are not related to what I signed up for. I signed up for the weight loss program, looking to lose 30-40 lbs. The meds I was given treat depression, opioid, alc addiction, and seizures. I have none of these issues. The one pill that they say is for weight loss helps people on average lose about 5 lbs over 6 months. I was 100% ripped off. When I contacted the med staff to ask why I was given this program when i asked for a weight loss program, I got nothing but we can evaluate you for a weight loss program. Hello!!! That's what I specifically signed up for in the first place making it clear what my goal weight loss was. Based on reviews, It seems this is a blanket treatment they try to start everyone on and putting people on meds for depression when they don't need them is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.

They're just trying to shove big pharma down your throat. If you came to the company for hair loss, try Nutrofol. I'm not a sponsor or whatever. I'm a natural momma trying to spread the word.

Buyer BEWARE! I tried the Hers weight loss medication kit, and after day one of use I was shocked how horrible it made me feel. I did not feel in control of my body at all. I was so sick I couldn’t get out of bed for almost two full days! My husband then researched the medications and found that what they sent are used for depression, treating seizures, opioid and alcohol abuse. Now, I’m not a doctor but all of that just sounds dangerous. This isn’t something you know up front, and I reached out about a refund, and they don’t offer that for any reason. All that says to me is they do not stand behind their product. If they believed in their product they would probably be offering a money back guarantee like a lot of other companies. Do not use this company!

This company is such a scam. They don’t provide anything that you can’t just get from a doctor or even over the counter at Costco and it’s expensive. Then, if you don’t want it, they claim they can’t give you a refund, even though you haven’t received 6 months of the prescription, they are going to keep it. You’ll find that out after you’ve waited a week for someone to respond, if they respond at all. I think they just responded because I disputed the charge with my credit card. They just charge you a high expense for medication that isn’t anything special and you could probably get cheaper through the pharmacy.

I ordered a serum for hair loss. The product has been sitting waiting to ship status for a month. The only way to contact customer support in by messaging. Customer support does not respond in a timely manner and no product has arrived yet

It’s more than obvious that they just want money. All the hype about being there if you need them and how they will do whatever they can to make your experience great , is nothing but lies. I started the weight loss shot 4 days ago . I have been so sick and not just a stomachache, headache, vomiting ect. I can’t even function. The pain is terrible! Nothing moves through your stomach, it just sits and rots till you violently throw up. I contacted them tell them I was very sick and got nothing back but the same videos I watched before starting. They don’t tell you all the side effects just the basics. They don’t tell you about the long term damage that’s being done to your body . They care about making money at the cost of your health!
