Didnt even get to finish signing up. Stupid site blocked me, all I was doing was answering THIER questions. Then it says contact site administrator but how the hell can you when you're blocked from website. Lost what wouldve been a great customer.

What an absolute scam of a company this is. They processed my payment on 8/12/24 and still haven’t shipped my order on 8/30/24. I instructed them to cancel and to issue a full refund but suddenly they claim that my order will soon ship (no tracking number was provided because nothing was shipped) and they will refund $100 out of a $395 charge that was processed. The better business bureau, department of consumer affairs and all other agencies that protect consumers will be notified!

You don’t give people a heads up that your about to charge them there next 4 months.

If you want to try any of ForHer's products, I recommend you pay for one month only and avoid a subscription until you're sure you want the medication longer term. Their subscription cancellation process is not straightforward. The cancellation navigation is difficult to follow to ensure the final cancellation. It should not be that hard. Their own info support has dead links that did not define the process clearly. I felt like I had canceled the subscription properly on July 27th, AS WELL AS left a message for my provider that I was not happy and going back to my original medication. My first 90-day subscription was shipped on May 30. The second 90-day subscription was shipped on August 14, 18 days after I canceled. Of course, they will not accept returns "for safety reasons" even though the mailing box has not been opened. It's a pill. If it's not safe to return the unopened sealed mailer, then how is it safe to ship in the first place? They sent me information on how to dispose of $150 worth of medication properly. Gee, thanks. Now I have about 140 days of meds I can't use. Their excuse is that I didn't respond to my provider's second message. What second message? So I'm supposed to look for some random follow-up message? I say I don't want it, and you send a second message, "So you want to hold off then?" Duh. It feels very much like victim blaming and another attempt to bill you again. Overall, a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience on every level. I do not recommend them for difficult website navigation, poor customer service policies, and for not honoring my first cancellation statement. I will dispute this with my credit card company.

I begged your doctors to cancel my order? They said it had already gone to pharmacy and it was too late. I don’t understand why they couldn’t call the pharmacy and cancel it??? It had not been shipped!!! But no. Two days later I receive box and had to pay another 297$$$ two days later I developed a rash and had to stop taking it. Now I’m stuck w a full prescription and a 297$ bill.????? Thanks

Realized after I got my 2nd shipment that it was the same as the first in terms of strength so I was completely using incorrect dosage. I’m now following the recommended guidelines for dosage and am concerned it won’t be sufficient as after the initial week the medication didn’t feel like it was working.

UPDATE SEPT 2024- DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE CONCERNED RESPONSE FROM HERS.COM ON HERE: the company only replies on here that they have reached out but THEY Absolutely DO NOT CONTACT U TO HELP OR RESOLVE ANYTHING. IT IS A LIE. NO ONE CONTACTS YOU. they state the message from them is in your acct online but they lock you out of your acct . BEWARE! Joining the program, getting "analyzed for the best medication for you"& receiving that medication are all easy and quick. However that's where the "quality care" and the company's interest in you ends. After spending over $300 I am very unsatisfied. Consulting with a medical professional is a joke. Each response you get is from a different person so all questions/ answers are disconnected. You get asked the same things repeatedly because no one is actually viewing your profile with important past medical history! Honestly I don't understand how this is legal. I'm 8 weeks in and I've gained 20 lbs ! These medications are not fda approved and not guaranteed to be effective AT ALL ~ Which is not disclosed of course. There is not customer service available and absolutely no refund option ~ just AI robotic responses. This is the worst decision I've ever made!
