I would avoid this site, or at the very least, do a TON of research before giving them payment info. I reached out for weight loss medication, and was really disappointed with the interaction. After purchasing my prescription, I did some research and found out that the combo of these new meds with my existing meds (including the fact that I consume alcohol) were VERY hazardous to my nervous system. I was actually shocked that a doctor had approved the prescription. I was told upon purchase that the meds were back ordered 2-3 weeks, so I reached out in the first 48 hours to cancel the order. No dice. They told me the pharmacist was already cued to fill it and ship it, so they couldn’t stop the order, and they wouldn’t accept the pills returned, even if they’re unopened. In a basic way, they just want your money. If you use this service, please do plenty of your own research BEFORE buying the product. You can cancel the subscription, but not the order, even if it’s hazardous to your health.

I had to completely stop taking after 2 days because of symptoms.

The app hasn’t worked in days, I’ve contacted customer service twice over one week period and I haven’t heard back. I have a serious question for my doctor and can’t get in touch with anyone at the company. There’s not even a clear place to login on the website so I can’t complete my health check in. I don’t really know what’s going on, but I won’t be continuing the service

This company’s customer service could improve greatly. I had an ordered weight loss medicine. I did not see the results that I was hoping for. However, I never cancelled the auto-renew. I got a notification about the charge for the renew in the morning and immediately reached out to customer service. They were NO help at all. Basically I am stuck with this large bill and nothing has even shipped yet. I would be careful ordering something and not being satisfied or getting the help that a customer deserves.

I canceled my order way before it was shipped. i've avoided you guys trying to take out the payment for over a month. you guys finally withdrew it and now i'm out $230.

I do not recommend the Hers minoxidil pills. I'm sure the topical works well, but this review is of the pills. You really don't know how your body is going to accept them once you start taking them. I got very very bad diarrhea from them among other side effects. It was bad. I stopped the pills for a few days thinking it might of been something I ate. So after a few days I took another, and back to the terrible diarrhea. Not only that, but I got dehydrated from it. Then I started feeling light headed. I had to lay in bed. Called my Dr thinking something was seriously wrong. He was not happy with me that I got the pills version of this without talking to him first. He said it caused my blood pressure to go too low. Sure enough, I stopped the pills again, the lightheadedness went away, as did the diarrhea. What a waste of money. Over $100 thrown into the garbage! Ugh. I would NEVER in a million years recommend the pill version. Ever. I was very ill. Do not waste your hard earned money on this, you get no refund. $100 bill thrown out the window. What was I thinking?

Not worth the money! I don’t mind paying top dollar for a product and service that’s good to their word. This company is not that. I say it’s a scam and regret ever purchasing from them!

Unhappy with product I took product for over a week and stopped. Did not like the effects of the medication. I felt light headed and nauseous. Was advised to take one medication at night and did not help.
