I was interested in this program. I liked that it had me input my medications and allergies, but when it came up with recommendations, it included one of the things I was allergic to. There was only the option to agree to it and no other option and no way to contact customer support. I did not feel safe agreeing for the next step when one of my allergens was on the kit that was recommended

Never received my shampoo and conditioner.

In the 7 weeks I have used the weight loss injection, I have lost a total of 4 pounds. I have been walking, eating less, drinking water and getting sleep. I guess this program is not for me. I seriously cannot justify spending $399.00 a month. I would like to cancel my subscription/membership. Please do not try to change my mind. I simply cannot afford the cost. Thank you

Third week I took the first of the third pill required, Metformin and had the worst experience ever! Sweating, loss of vision, increased heart rate, extreme fatigue. Almost a 911 experience. I will never take Metformin again! I have canceled my subscription and regret every spending and wasting my hard earned money.

They did not give me a refund. I am waiting over 40 minutes to speak with someone. I do not recommend working with them. Their pricing is deceiving.

Nothing is working. I think it is a scam. I didn't sign up for renewal and was charged for this after I already told them nothing was working.

This company won't cancel an order before it ships out. If your subscription period renews and you do not cancel the subscription period two days before they say you can't cancel the order or receive a refund. Their subscription policy itself is vague and misleading, and preys upon the consumer. There are no reminders that your subscription is going to renew. Customer service is a joke and won't directly respond to questions about canceling orders before they ship out- only about cancelling subscriptions. You have to wait days to get a response that is not from AI. The refund policy is vague and states: “We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, although we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion.”
