I gained 10 pounds on the system despite making big diet and workout changes. A doctor did not contact me to talk about my dosing or program before it renewed for another three months so adjustments were not made. I was told I could be offered a substitute for the second shipment by trying other meds but I have to sign up again as they can't change the program for me. So I don't get the substitute after all. Edit October - No one has reached out from Hers despite their reply that they would. I've also tried to message the doctor assigned to me previously and they aren't replying either. 11/15 - Still no contact from Hers.. Customer service has also stopped responding.

I have answered this question already, but will try again. I ordered shampoo and minoxidil, for which I paid. However, I only received the shampoo and not the minoxidl. I reached out to customer service, who asked for my address and phone number which I provided weeks ago with no response. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was getting advice from a few different providers on the same issue. I would prefer one consistent person, even if it meant waiting a little longer for a response. The past few times I tried getting onto the app or the website it just kept circling. I have for weeks been trying to cancel my subscription and can’t get in touch with anyone.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been reaching out to customer services non-stop, receiving very delayed or no responses at all. The wrong prescription item was sent to me and they have not refunded me or rectified the situation. Impossible to get in touch with them.

I took the med as directed. The 1st thing was when I took the meds was heat following my veins. Within 1/2hr explosive dihedral began and last for 12 hrs. I don't mean there would be an interlude between episodes. It was continuous. It was neon yellow in color and constant. AS soon as that let up vomiting started. I called my doctor and he told me not to ever take it again. As I has paid money for this I tried again. Same results. I would warn anyone to run from this business. I am now neing advised to seek legal action. I was in bed for a week and a half after each episode.

My medicine showed up a MONTH after it was supposed to be here. I’m supposed to take it daily and I couldn’t. I even ordered early. When I reached out to customer service I was told to look at the tracking info that showed my meds were stalled. I got absolutely no help to get my medication on time so that I didn’t run out.

The care team sent a reply about a medication I was not even taking when I brought up a concern about a side effect of the medication I was taking. That tells me my message wasn’t actually read nor was my information (of what plan/meds) looked at. Just a response sent about another medication. Not exactly worth trusting with your health or your money.

So this company does business on 'hims.com' on communication, but I ordered/received the hers.com stuff. I'm posting the review under both, as the communication was all under "hims" as well. They must be losing money like crazy because they refused to refund me. First, they DO NOT send out a charge reminder, i.e., reputable subscription services remind you of an auto charge before they do so, but this company does not. I stopped using this product because it seemed to be correlated with my getting sick. But whatever - that was my roll of the dice. I thought it was a one-and-done purchase. I must have forgotten it was a subscription. The only reason I knew I was charged was from my CC statement. They never sent me an alert before or even AFTER charging me. When I reached out to say hey, not cool - I can't use this stuff. Well, not only did they not care, but they refuse to provide a refund.
