Sent No Medicine & Charged Me
There is no medicine in my latest shipment - only needles and alcohol swabs. HERS customer service is terrible. There is no way to get in touch with anyone - there's no email, phone # or contact form. I feel ripped off and I'm going to contest this with my credit card company.

No Longer Using
I had to stop taking the medication because it was making me feel nauseous all of the time and I constantly had diarrhea.

I have been on my RX, for over a month now, I’m still experiencing loss and hair shedding , so very disappointing, I bought a 3 or 6 month supply, so I will continue on, I hope I hit the right one??

Poor product and poorer customer service
First prescription I received was great. Second prescription was defective. First they tried to lie that I was calling about product past the 30 day return window (which was false). Customer service representative refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up on me when trying to resolve the dispute. Recommend you don’t waste your time or money.

App frozen after order was placed
App has been frozen since I placed order. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Updated the app and still frozen.

The injections made me ill

Waste of money!!
This program was a lot of money to never have an actual check in from the person who prescribed it. A survey sent a week or 2 later is stupid. And I have not lost a SINGLE pound in spite of doing everything needed!

Non-existent Customer Service
I could not get ahold of you to cancel my subscription, I am very ill, cannot afford your product anymore, sent back the last shipment and still was charged. Your customer service is non-existent. Maybe I could have figured out how to cancel the subscription, but being ill, I have other things to deal with. I need the $175 refund. PLEASE
