Literally all of the pills in kit 1 say they can cause death. No thanks.

The app is non-functional. I cannot click any button to enter any information or access care conversations. All recent reviews on App store say the same.

The injectable weight loss formula Arrived with ice packs melted and warm. It did not curb my appetite like a name brand prescription formula I tried so I can only assume that part of the medication just isn’t added. The one month injectable weight loss shipment never appeared on the website under my account nor was there any communication from any type of licensed healthcare provider. The customer service person could not tell me why there was no information about what I received listed on my account. With this being said, there’s no doubt in my mind the injectable weight loss formula I received from Hers. Com , whatever it contained, doesn’t require a licensed healthcare professional’s guidance or authorization. So, essentially I paid $499 for a vial of clear fluid that more than likely was nothing of much value for weight loss. It’s exactly like the old adage, “you get what you pay for”.

I have not gotten prompt responses

Why would I take something that causes insomnia, anxiety and liver damage? It appears this company doesn't care about our physical and mental health.

I have just spent a week trying to renew my prescription. My provider renewed my prescription for weight loss, the problem is I can’t accomplish this because their website won’t let me place the order even though it’s been renewed so it can ship. They have my cc info, my address same as previously. I just get BS CANNED responses to which none have worked & since apparently no one in customer service, if it even exists can read & comprehend my frustration I have gone in circles. There is NO LIVE/REAL PERSON YOU CAN EVEN SPEAK TO… NO MATTER WHAT!!

Will take your money, even if they haven't helped you. Then email you, "We're sorry, we know this isn't what you wanted to hear". And that'll be it. Waste of time and money.

I cannot use the app, it’s entirely unresponsive despite me updating it, deleting & uninstalling, updating & restarting my phone.
