Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer Beware!!!! I signed up to get the best price since I've dealt with being overweight most of my life. I was very hopeful for a good outcome. Unfortunately after beginning my first three shots(3 weeks in) I began to have terrible stomach pain that radiated to my back. Fearing the dreaded rare side effects of pancreatitis I asked Hers for a refund and to cancel my service. I was under the belief that if you could not tolerate the medication you could get a refund. They agreed to refund only half of the amount I paid, losing over $1200.00 !!!! I used only 6 mg. They also were not clear that if you wanted the best rate, displayed on a monthly rate, that they would debit the entire years worth. I feel duped and taken advantage of.
