This made me hell, and totally disturbed my mental health. I am shedding more hair than ever. This is horrible you guys are packaging and giving to your customers. I will be reporting you guys on better business Bureau as I demand full refund. Also, the fishy mails that you guys send. A doctor is reviewing your treatment and blah bla. I am going to put you guys through scrutiny even if I have to hire a lawyer for that.

The product disrupted my sleep. I discovered this a few days into the treatment plan. I continued and cut out all my caffeine and improved my bedtime routine. This did not help. I paid $300 for pills I cannot take. I am very disappointed there is not a money back option if someone experiences side effects like I did.

I canceled my ordered within 3 days of ordering during to timing and other medication factors. It should be on our phone conversations that you should have been looking into but you haven’t. You charged me anyway. We are out of town until May I asked if my neighbor could send back that week in September but you said no

I have asked many questions, think I got one response. This is a horrible program, very dissatisfied and feel you all are a total rip off. Doubt I will get a reply from this either! They did reach out and tried to sell me more diet infections for $400.00. If the first round didn’t work, why would they even think I would invest more? STAY AWAY

I have never seen so much bad faith in a merchant, specifically one whose products affect health and wellbeing. I placed my order in early September but since my order was delayed, I tried to contact the customer service. The phone number did not work so I went online to see how people communicated to the company. That is when, to my horror, I found out and read about the side effects people were experiencing so I wrote to the company and cancelled my order. Right then, they wrote back to say that the product was going to be shipped soon and they issued me a tracking number within a day. I pleaded with them that this is not the right product for me, since I have a very sensitive digestive system, but they went ahead and charged me anyway. The level of bad faith and unprofessional behavior is astounding. If anyone knows a product liability lawyer, please let me know as I would like to seek a remedy against this horrible company that moonlights as a professional one.

Hers.com is a dishonest company. They collect your driver’s license, credit card information, and biometric data, but don’t actually have the ability to send you the medicine they promise. They charge you upfront, likely to show inflated sales figures, and then send you through a frustrating process with endless questions. After waiting over a month, I still haven’t received anything, and there’s no way to reach anyone for help. Other items I ordered, like tests, have also never arrived. It feels like they rely on people giving up. I highly recommend asking them to delete your information and be extremely cautious, as they seem connected to Project 2025. This appears to be a way for them to collect your data while presenting a false image to investors, claiming sales they haven’t actually made.

On my third week I was sick to my stomach and had the runs. I stopped the medicine. I will call the office this week and seek advice.

Got the 6 months minoxidil for hair growth and only was able to tolerate the side effects for 2 days. Massive headaches, stomach aches, and immediate weight gain. Contacted customer service and they did not refund anything at all. Only cancelled further prescriptions. Such a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and DONT sign up for the long subscription at a lower price just in case you can’t tolerate the side effects.
